Administration and Operations (20 hrs/Week):

Compensation: $15-$20/hour

Job Description:

  • Manage recruitment, intake, and inquiries
  • Manage financial accounts, registration, payments
  • Produce financial statements, and reports
  • Manage music library: Copying, sorting, distribution and collection
  • Personal assistant to ensemble directors.

Outreach Coordinator (20 hrs/week)

Compensation: $15-$20/hour

Job Description:

  • Sponsorship asks and relationship building with partners
  • Grant application write ups and submissions
  • Manage social media content
  • Perform a wide range of tasks, such as organizing and executing marketing initiatives, PR campaigns, negotiating media placements, outreach campaigns etc..
  • Develop creative campaigns to support events and recruitments
  • Write and edit marketing & PR copy, announcements and materials for media

Assistant Choir Director (4-10 hrs/week)

Compensation: $40-$50/hour

Pre-requisites:

  • Bachelor of Music from accredited University
  • Formal Vocal and Piano Training
  • Training or experience in conducting
  • Training or experience in music theatre or dance
  • Public speaking/Emcee experience

Job Description:

  • Running of group rehearsals and sectional rehearsals
  • Teaching repertoire and evaluating progress of each singer
  • Educating singers to develop clear and accurate tone, pitch, and rhythm
  • Inspire, motivate, and educate students towards higher musical excellence
  • Designing, and teaching simple choreography related to the music
  • Providing vocal practice tracks of each voice part
  • Auditioning, coaching, and assigning voice parts
  • Recruiting and developing positive rapport with members
  • Speaking as master of ceremonies for concerts and events

  • Bachelor of Music from accredited University
  • Orchestral performance training and experience
